I had surgery here on 17th December 2024. I initially saw my surgeon at Croydon University Hospital (CUH) and once he had approved me for surgery, he gave me the option of waiting c18 months for the operation at CUH or going to Epsom hospital for a wait of c3 months. So obviously I went to Epsom. I can honestly say I cannot fault Epsom at all. The entire process was seamless, and logical, and I was treated like a human and not a number. Every since member of staff I encountered, from all the pre-op checks, through to the actual surgery were exemplary. I was treated with respect, with kindness and care throughout. Absolutely faultless.
