Waiting for over 3 years for my knee replacement. Mr Dobbie's secretary kept me updated and booked me in promptly for my x-rays for knee replacement operation due on Jan this year.
On my arrival @ hospital I was totally impressed with the mechanics of prep for operation, the efficiency of all staff talking through all my care from beginning to end, their professional approach and courteous manner from nursing staff, doctors and consultants it showed very healthy team dynamics with strong communication practices nothing was to fault their caring approach.
This quality of care carried on through to recovery room after my operation and again onto the ward. The staff were amazing on hand @ all times, so caring, compassionate and yet so efficient with their time, again teamwork was evident.
The domestic staff were also friendly and so so helpful.
Some student nurses were on the ward @ that time and they truly were learning while on the job totally encouraged to be hands on and it worked.
My follow up was amazing too, home with dressings and pain meds all explained clearly and follow up phone calls from the ward.
Mr Dobbie visited before discharge reassuring all went well, checked me medically and my after opp xrays.
Physiotherapist was as equally professional had me on crutches 8 hrs after opp.
I visited Mr Dobbie's clinic recently for my follow up appt and Janice the nurse in the clinic was a professional and dedicated as always. Thanks.
Really appreciate ally of the Withers Team I could never thank you enough for all your dedication, professional and devout care for all.
Many thanks to you all for my care.
"So caring, compassionate and efficient"
