About: Dawlish Hospital Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I so appreciated the service I had. Thank you Clare and Ella who could not have been kinder and made a very uncomfortable situation (I have CPTSD from previous medical treatments) a calm and relaxed procedure. 

Their care was exemplary and being to be in a smaller hospital rather than a regional large hospital was so important to me. I was able to get a lift there and back, and am so glad I had Clare and Ella both whom are extremely skilled at there jobs.

I have had previous panic attacks on routine hospital appointments at the larger hospitals and urge you not to discount the psychological needs that are helped by a local community  hospital.

I appreciate our NHS and thank you for taking care of me.

Dear Sarbella

Thank you so much for your positive feed back about both being treated in a smaller community hospital and the care you received from Clare and Ella. I will ensure your feedback is shared with them both.

Our community hospitals are very valuable, like you say for experience, locality, often easier parking and greatly supported for increasing our capacity and reducing waiting times.
