Many thanks for taking time to give your feedback on your experience in Urology. kate is a valued member of our team with vast experience especially with cystoscopy. As a team and individuals within the team, we aspire to provide the best care for our patients especially when attending for a procedure which can be very worrying and stressful.
many thanks for recognising the support team who are vital for within out team. Our aim is to promote patient safety with recognition of individual needs. I will ensure that this is shared with kate and the wider team
