Absolutely shocked at the way I was spoken to on the phone. As someone struggling with mental health and been in a rut for the last few weeks, finally in a place where I feel safe to reach out and ask for help again to make an appointment for my medication and telephone consultation (so I don’t take up a whole appointment!) to then be told “if you knew you were going to run out why would let that happen?” Baring in mind I had mentioned this medication was for my mental health. You don’t know people or their story, it cost’s you nothing to be kind and have empathy on this world. Reduced to tears while trying to get help is not an experience I would wish on anyone. Be kind. Be better.
