Elanor supports me through talk therapy sessions. She has made various suggestions over a year since sept 2023 including thoughts/feelings.

Megan occupational health since dec 2024 to support walking group session once weekly.

Since March 2024 Gail employment specialist to meet weekly to discuss this issue.
