About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

Insomnia Service: Started in September 2024, through a series on online meetings and accompanying videos providing supportive and effective strategies to improve sleep, I have come to a place where I am sleeping better and feel hopeful about my sleep patterns. I accept that there may be (re)lapses but am reassured that I can go back to those strategies to find my way forward again.

I cannot commend highly enough my 'support' who was patient and calm and gave me space and the security to be open about how I was feeling, and offered strategies and suggsetions to help me move forward.

I also must commend the videos which are presented - with calm authority - but also gentle humour (important for me).

Thank you, Team, and I hope not to have to be in touch again! :-)
