Most inadequate, unhelpful practice I have ever experienced.

Impossible to get an appointment, I now use A&E for all my medical needs, how can I wait 2~3 weeks when ill ????

Do not open or read correspondence, have to chase every single detail, request, prescription etc.

No email on website????

NHS sliding rapidly it's a shame.
