About: Stubbington Medical Practice

No wander I do not like visiting GP. Only make appt now when really anxious or in pain....Had a variety of concerns. Therefore had appointment with different Gp. Whilst new GP referred me to specialists I felt I was rushed and not really heard. Appointment was robotic. Much like a tick box exercise. Did not feel confident in their understanding of me and my condition. The worst is that they sent me a text message with results. Is this what the NHS has come too! Text messages, not even password protected or on NHS app. I was made to feel as though I was not worthy of at least a person to person call. I have been with the practice since I was 12. Now 62. Seen many GPs come and go. Only a couple of old school GPs left at surgery. Such a shame. Some of us need understanding and empathy especially when I already have low mood have had a horrendous3 years. Nurses were lovely. Feel more focus/training is needed on bedside manner. Will try to get usual GP in future.

Surgery waiting room only 1 to 3 persons at any one time I have visited.

Dear Patient

Thank you for your feedback on your recent appointment with the doctor.

I am sorry that you felt rushed and unheard. Please contact me at the surgery if you wish to discuss further.
