"Very disappointing service"

We all know it is hard to secure a GP appointment - I got up at 8 am and called them, I was the first in queue. Three minutes later someone picked up - I am pregnant and wanted to book an appointment. They asked for my name and my DOB, then told me I needed to make the appointment with midwife online and hanged up on me abruptly before I had a chance to explain I had a lot of concerns that I would like to talk to some medical personnel. I called back immediately I was 19 in the queue, this is a Friday with following Monday being Bank Holiday. I was put on hold for well over an hour. Utter disrespect and being treated like rubbish. Would not recommend.
