"Not recommended"

Not recommended unless you enjoy being given a run around. Impossible to get an appointment. After Calling four times and being given the run around that no appointments available. Visited in person to make and appointment. Given the same run around. Asked to make a complaint and magically request ignored and an appointment materialised.

I thought everyone was entitled to care under the NHS constitution? I understand the surgery is a private company called “Vita”. It is clearly not fit for purpose if they are turning away patients.
