"Terrible non clinical services "

The doctors and treatment from this surgery have been excellent however the practise admiration service / non clinical service is simply appalling. My experience recently was that whilst the staff are very polite, the quality of the service they offer in support of clinical services (such as referral administration, appointment management, complaints handling) was extremely poor leading to a negative impact on my abilities to access healthcare services. Such support / non clinical services are essential parts of accessing healthcare for many patients and it is a shame that this practise is let down by this aspect.
