"Excellent GP Surgery "

Having been referred to the cardiologist I was duly scheduled for an inpatient investigation. The nurses were great but the Dr's were not approachable.

No consultation, no dialogue.

* This is the procedure

* This is the result

* This is your new medication

(I then try to explain unable to take said medication due to.low bp and fainting)

Dr's very cross, feel I'm refusing to follow protocol!! No eye contact, no conversation, just reprimanded!!

I reach out to my GP. My history is fully reviewed, medication fully explained, alternative treatment explored.

Honestly I was so relieved to talk to someone who listened to me and treated me with respect. I cannot rate this surgery highly enough. The GP was excellent, the secretary at my request pulled out old records to validate my history. As hospital letter just referred to non compliant patient, stopping medication! When infact it was nevr prescribed!!

I appreciate the online service can be frustrating.

I appreciate the phone line can be busy

But mostly I appreciate what a great service the surgery does provide.
