I moved to Brook Surgery after reading the great reviews. I found the website fantastic, especially using the ask my GP. This service is no longer available, it always says offline, tried to book an appointment for several weeks, luckily it's not urgent. Thinking of changing GP surgery now. Disappointing. Why can't I book an appointment online like I used to.
