Appointment with psychology. I was nervous at first but was made to feel relaxed and comfortable and was able to explain how I felt with ease

Our psychologists understand how difficult and anxiety-provoking it can be to come and tell a stranger about very personal things, and they work hard to make this as positive an experience as possible. I'm really pleased to hear that you were helped to feel relaxed and comfortable. Congratulations on taking what can be a scary first step and I wish you well for your journey of recovery.
