I felt listened to and cared for by the GP. I got an appointment for blood tests at the surgery the next day. Results were back within 24hours and I was contacted promptly by a very polite receptionist to book a follow up appointment. All very efficient (as always - touch wood I have never been anything other than impressed with this medical practice). Thank you
