About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a parent/guardian),

My little girl was sent by GP to a&e, when we arrived at pead’s a&e on Tuesday the nurses and doctor was brilliant, they provided the best care for my little girl and kept me updated with all information. Nurse Laura and the other who was working (I can’t remember her name) where absolutely brilliant and so caring with my little girl and I! 

We were then transferred over to the Blossom unit and nurse Laura walked us and helped carry bags to the ward. When we arrived at the ward we had a room immediately and all the nurses went above and beyond to ensure my little girl and myself was comfortable and explained everything so well! Nurse Caroline and Nina are amazing! 

All nurses we encountered from a&e and Blossom unit are brilliant and so grateful we got amazing care here

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I am very glad to hear that your daughter's journey from ED to the ward was smooth.

The nurses will be delighted to know you were comfortable during your stay and to read your comments which will be shared with the wider team.
