"I am really grateful for his help and advice"

About: Rutherglen & Cambuslang Locality Support Service / ICST (Community Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) Rutherglen & Cambuslang

(as the patient),

John was the physiotherapist who came to my home to assist me in my rehabilitation after a nasty fall, he was very respectful and professional and showed me some easy exercises and how to do them.

I managed them very well and when I felt capable John added another easy exercise, these helped me greatly and improved my mobility tenfold and he has now referred me to the MSK for further help.

I am really grateful for his help and advice and for making my appointments manageable as I suffer from anxiety, but his manner put me at ease and I then enjoyed the conversations we had.

Dear Krimq87,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave this lovely feedback about John and his rehabilitation input after your fall.

I am so glad to hear that you found John's manner respectful and professional and that he was able to help you feel at ease. It's wonderful that you found the gradual increase in exercises has supported a big improvement in your mobility.

John and the team will be absolutely delighted to hear your feedback, and I am passing it to senior management as well. Thank you again and best of luck as you continue to improve your strength and mobility.

Kind regards,

Tracey
