I’m really happy with the care my gran received at her GP surgery. The doctors, nurses, and especially the lovely reception staff were all incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. They managed to get her an appointment quickly and even arranged a home visit without any hassle. It’s such a relief to know she’s in good hands—thank you all for your compassion and efficiency.
