"Polite, pleasant and welcoming"

About: Perth and Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership / Public Dental Service (Tayside)

(as the patient),

Had to visit kings cross dental hospital in dundee a few times due to broken teeth and having them extracted but the staff are always polite, pleasant and welcoming always chatting about anything to help keep my mind off the needles because of my phobia. They explained things plain and simply.

if all dentists was like the staff their everones experience would be more pleasant
