"The practice is ok but the doctor today not "

I took my daughter out of school for a 2:30 appointment, which was completely pointless. Upon entry, we were asked recurring questions that could have been googled, and whenever my 16 year old daughter would try to raise her actual concerns and her worries with a doctor, she was shot down and the questions were quickly brushed off with: “you will have to arrange a follow up appointment for that”. In the last few minutes, the doctor was stood by the door beckoning us to leave, while my daughter was expressing concern, stating: “its just that I have limited time as appointments are 10 minutes long”. This experience was shocking, as to think a 16 year old girl was unable to turn to a doctor and we got nothing out of the appointment.
