About: Newtons Practice

Saw GP on the 30st April. Was referred to have x ray done. Did not needed a form or anything could just walk in before 16.00. So I decided to go next day. As I work in another town I had to leave work early. Was there at 14.00 to then hear the form was not received. Phoned the Surgery and asked them to send the form . Couldn't do that as the doctor wasn't available. Then asked if another doctor couldn't do it. So I was told the duty doctor will be asked. In the mean time we are now 1 hour later the form is still not send, I'm still waiting till someone rings me back. Where I want to go with this is why not tell the patient to go within certain amount of days as the form will not be send that quickly?
