"I felt at ease the moment she said hello"

I recently had to have 2 vaccinations, I was greeted by a lovely and kind receptionist who showed me where to wait for the appointment. I was then greeted by Denise, well what can I say. Denise is very clearly one of a kind, I felt at ease the moment she said hello. I could have stayed chatting happily for hours! The vaccinations went swimmingly and the anxiety I felt walking in to the centre was very quick to disappear. Thanks to the whole team but especially super star Denise!💖
