Taken to long to get results and the lumbar punch took 7 attempts and left me with a back pain still from 10 February and still no further forward on cure to problems. Three-years and getting worse

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts about your procedure at St Georges. We are sorry to hear it took several attempts and left you uncomfortable. It is the nearest main hospital that performs these tests, so unfortunately there isnt a lot of choice for this procedure.

Although we received the main results from them quite quickly, there were certain specific results that took much longer to receive here at DHC which was why your follow up telephone call was booked in the next available clinic. I will let your clinician know that you are not very happy with the outcome if that would be acceptable. Please email dhc.dutymanager@nhs.net should you wish me to do this?
