"ANP Fragility nurse and care of the elderly in Inverclyde."

Today, my Mother and Father met the ANP Kay for assessment of their needs, I want to say how delighted I was that APN Anderson assessment and interaction with my parents. Exceptionally caring and professional, and reassuring. I wish we had met her earlier in my Mums journey of needing care. My concerns were listened to, and Kay had some practical ideas, which we will implement. 

Both my parents had a mini medical check, and medication was altered. APN contacted the pharmacist right away to change the medication, the new dossett box is due to be supplied tomorrow. 

We are looking forward to meeting the APN again. I highly rate this service, it is very much needed in the community.
