About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I visited for a routine sexual health check-up. I was greeted at the reception by a very positive and polite gentleman who checked me in, then I had my appointment with Laura who was lovely and put me at ease. After which I had my blood test taken by another lovely lady, again very professional and friendly.

My visit was over in 20 minutes and left me feeling positive. Thank you to the wonderful staff who make an appointment like this a breeze and an enjoyable experience.

I'm so glad to hear you had such a positive experience with us and found it to be a 'breeze'.

It's great you were welcomed so enthusiastically by Chris on reception and that Laura was able to put you at ease during your appointment and that you found the clinician who took your bloods to also be professional and friendly. I will be sure to pass this feedback onto them.
