I feel my conversations with my employment advisor, have made a positive difference, thank you! Through our discussions, I felt empowered to have kind and clear conversations that have helped me address and move on from (rather than ruminate on) past events. I felt listened to at all times, and appreciated her empathy and guidance. This has without doubt, benefitted my mental health and self confidence.
