"Braeside Surgery"

This once excellent, professional and caring GP practice has become like a fortress, with systems apparently designed to obstruct access to medical professionals and make communication as difficult as possible. Whether it is on the phone or online, the primary message seems to be -go somewhere else, urgent care centre, A&E - anywhere but us- 

It’s like they locked the doors and pulled down the shutters when Covid struck and decided that way of working was so much easier that they have continued in the same vein. 

It is disappointing, worrying and a little frightening. I just pray that I don’t get any of the symptoms of any condition that NHS awareness adverts on TV advise us to go to our GP with.
