1 (male) administrator I spoke to on 3 occasions each with a simple query, failed to reply. Causing anxiety on my part.

Yesterday, administrator (female) in stark contrast dealt with said enquiry + another within 5 minutes.

So ~95% of my overall experiences are excellent, but. 1 individual has marred the overall experience.
