I can not thank the practice my disabled son had an MRI scan of his brain went missing due to another service. They listened and contacted everywhere to get these results through not fault of there own. They got the results today and they made sure that a GP called me back to discuss the results same day. Athetha , practice manager and GP knew how scary this was for us all and the worry we was feeling. They ensured we were kept informed throughout the whole process. DR kwas lovely and very understanding. I know GP practice are under alot of strain currently but this did not stop them taking steps to contact different services to get to the bottom of it and time to update me and my son.
They are also really good with me I have alot of difficulties and they always reassure me support me through my many conditions I have. They reassure me when I am having a dip due to pain and mental health. Doctor is so caring and has been there for me when I was struggling and we figured out I could be premenpausal she tried me on medication and booked me in for a 4 week review to ensure I was stabilised. I really can't thank the practice another for me and my family
"Excellent support "
