About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I unfortunately had to take my 2 year old daughter to A&E due to an injured arm. After a 10 minute wait we were seen by a lovely nurse called Erin. Erin was very professional and made me feel instantly at ease. She was kind, caring and attentive. She had a very bubbly person which instantly made my daughter feel better! Erin is an credit to the A&E department!

I am sorry to hear that your little one was injured but I am delighted that Erin was professional, reassuring and kind. It makes such a difference to how both you and your daughter would be feeling when you have someone caring looking after you.
