"Very poor service "

My wife was in a mental hospital for 4 months when she was discharged we were told we would have home support and a health coordinator. We had a home visit 48 hours after discharge and then a phone call lasting 2 minutes the following week that was over 6 weeks ago nothing since.

I think she was discharged from hospital to quickly & it may look like she will need to return the NHS mental health services is in a very bad state and needs immediate attention.

Dear Mr Hughes

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am very sorry that your wife and yourself have received no further support from EPUT services. I will forward your feedback onto the team. I would encourage you to contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Team (PALS) Tel: 0800 085 7935 or email epunft.pals@nhs.net as they will be able to look into this matter further for you. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
