I spoke with a receptionist today (30th April) at 16.42 and she was really warm and receptive. She was very helpful and didn't have the usual "computer says no" or "I really don't want to be here" attitude that most of the others have. A little bit of understanding and customer service goes a very long way. Keep up the good work!
