My appointment was with a Doctor in the Geriatric clinic. Very friendly staff pointed me in the right direction of the clinic. There was no waiting once I checked in with the receptionist. A very nice nurse then gave me several checks before I was to be seen by the Doctor.
The young Doctor made me very welcome and put me totally at ease in the examination room. I was surprised how well informed she was with my medical history and she was very interested in the answers to the questions she was putting to me.
After an examination and a chat, she has now made me feel very optimistic about the future of my health. All in all a great experience.
