My mother - who is in her 80s - recently had a pre-op assessment at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. I would like to say that the care received was 2nd to none. The staff were exceptional, kind and considerate towards my elderly mother. Lauren, our pre-assessment nurse, was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, took her time explained everything.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such wonderful feedback on the pre-assessment department.
I am delighted to hear that the care you and your mother received in the department was second to none and that Lauren was absolutely wonderful, very professional, took her time explained everything to you both.
It is very important to us as a team that patients and their families feel well informed and supported in the pre-op phase.
