"Brilliant Nurse "

The practice nurse called me last week to arrange an appointment time for me to come into the Roundshaw surgery for some jabs for holiday travel to South Africa, once in the surgery the nurse was extremely helpful , she explained everything about the jabs , what I needed for where I was going to , she was extremely patient kind and caring , she even rang me in the afternoon to see how I was after having been given the two jabs by her .

I left the surgery with paperwork on the area that I am visiting , with do’s and dont’s on it .

I feel that nurse went above and beyond in her job role , she is an excellent nurse and

a credit to the practice.
