A big thank you to Kayleigh, my health visitor at Alyth health centre. 

Living in rural area, I just think it’s amazing that she travels to me so I can be in the comfort of my own home. As someone that has anxiety and depression I never have to worry or stress about going out for a visit.

I have had Kayleigh visiting us for 3 years now for my 2 boys and she is polite, friendly and make you feel so supported! I can always get hold of her in between visits by messaging or calling if I ever have worries or concerns. She always gives the best advice, and is always so caring towards myself and my boys. 

So thanks very much to Kayleigh I really appreciate you!

Firstly please accept my apologies for taking so long to respond.

Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback via Care Opinion about the care and support you have and continue to receive from your health visitor. Parental feedback is extremely important to our service as it allows us to hear directly from parents when care delivery has gone well as in your case. It also allows us to make changes and improvements in response to parental suggestions when this may be required.

I am delighted to hear how your individual health visitor has met the needs of you and your family and your relationship with her has become well established over the last 3 years. This is what we aim to provide to all parents and children within local communities and I am pleased to hear you have received this high standard of care.

I hope your parenting journey continues to be positive and thank you again for submitting this really useful feedback.
