"Reassured the whole time"

I saw Dr Hannah for my coil removal. I had a difficult experience with having my coil put in (no one’s fault, just one of those things!) so was really anxious about having it taken out. I found the whole process really emotional but Hannah was so lovely and patient, I didn’t feel rushed and she reassured me the whole time and kept me distracted with some great small talk! The actual procedure, as I had been told, was super quick and easy. Thank you Hannah - it meant a lot!
