"The fullest level of care"

About: Montrose Links (Links Health Centre) / Community Treatment & Care Centre (CTACS)

(as a service user),

To Andy the receptionist -

Thank you for the incredible kindness and attentive assistance when I called on Monday morning in need of a blood test. I was somewhat overwhelmed with anxiety and I continue to be grateful - you went above and beyond. Your calm, proactive help made a huge difference to me at a very vulnerable moment.

To Lisa the nurse -

You kindly gave up some of your extra time to administer a blood test for me on Monday morning. Your calm and professional presence helped ease my anxiety more than I can express. Thank you.

It's wonderful to have experienced the fullest level of care within the scope of health and wellbeing services, from two extraordinary members of staff.
