"Knowledgeable and caring"

I was struggling with mobility for two years. We had a wonderful visit from Andrea today.

She was very knowledgeable and caring, giving us lots of good advice and suggestions.

After many months of needing help in purchasing a wheelchair, I decided to buy one online. Unfortunately, I didn’t know how to use it safely.

Andrea was a Godsend in showing me how to use it, after I nearly threw my husband into the road ( I didn’t realise I should go backwards down kerbs!) She also showed me how to fold it up to get it into the car. Magic!

Andrea also ordered helpful bits of equipment to help my husband get out of bed and use the bathroom at night. Really helpful to avoid constant falls at night time.

Andrea was a brilliant listener and her help has been invaluable. Thank you so much from us both.
