This Practice uses an on line Chanel called Anima, which is ok for straight forward requests but not very useful if your problem is slightly out of the norm.I submitted a particular request that was and remains of huge significance to me , but was unable through this system to discuss my issues with an appropriate clinician, which was disappointing and frustrating , the only advice being to resubmit on the same system the samerequest-an inconvenient and no particularly helpful outcome .

It goes without saying that if you cannot navigate the internet for whatever reason it is of no use in my opinion
