First time user of the Camglen Treatment Room. Had to have a blood test for my diabetic review. The place was extremely clean and appeared hygienic. I was only waiting a couple of minutes to be seen which was amazing. My nurse was Andrea, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I have to lie down to have blood taken otherwise I faint and I was accommodated with no issues or judgement. Andrea made sure I was comfortable and she was very adept at drawing the blood, I didn’t feel anything which is really good as I can be difficult to draw from. A very good experience all around.
