(as a service user),

From the initial ambulance crew and those transferring me between hospitals, all nurses, care staff, specialists and domestic support at Borders General, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, Western General and Haylodge Hospital. The care, respect and kindness shown by all was and continues to be overwhelming.
