"Invaluable service"

About: Borders Community Services / Wellbeing Service

(as a service user),

Referred to wellbeing service through GP practice, was contacted promptly and an appointment was arranged at a suitable time for me.

I was triaged by John who spent a lot of time going through my referral with me, at no point did I feel rushed and he made me feel relaxed on the call.

I was put through to Genevieve who I ended up having six appointments with, one week apart. 

These were done over Near Me however there was an offer of face to face appointments available if requested.

We talked through a lot of the difficulties I was having and I was given a lot of insight and guidance on how to take the way I was feeling and put it into a positive rather than a negative.

Small manageable changes that make a huge difference to your thought process and validation that you are doing well. 

Invaluable service.
