"I can’t praise the staff enough"

It has been excellent coming here - I can’t praise the staff enough. I have absolutely no complaints. Everything is well organised and runs like clockwork. I have never had a late appointment in all the 18 sessions I have had so far.

Car parking is the big problem. I have to leave home about an hour before my appointment time in order to get parked. It would be more difficult if I didn’t have help - in fact I couldn’t do it on my own.

Dear Ross1, thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience of our Radiotherapy Department. My name is Bob, one of the Support Workers who would have welcomed you to our department.

It is pleasing to hear that our appointment system has worked well for you. I will pass on your kind comments to the staff members who set the appointments and to the Therapeutic Radiographers who deliver the treatments in a timeous fashion, thank you.

Car parking is indeed an ongoing issue which our Head of Therapeutic Radiography, Damian Parr takes to management meetings. I am glad, though, that you made arrangements to arrive early and had some help to do so.

On behalf of everyone here, I hope you benefit from your treatments and wish you well for the future.
