I was very impressed at the service I received today at my GP practice - Custom House surgery - Freemasons Road Newham.

I took my daughter to the GP this morning very stressed with her ailment as she barely slept the night. I had no appointment, neither did I c book one online.

But the receptionist at the surgery supported me in doing this. My daughter was seen by a clinician and then a doctor.

I have to say that they were so compassionate in the manner they responded, from the receptionist to her colleagues who she checked

something with, to the clinician and

the doctor.

Thank you so much for your support

today and the way and manner you spoke to me showing care for my 9

years old daughter. God bless you all.
