"Very thorough in my care"

I left my recent visit feeling extremely grateful and secure that I’d been given the most thorough and personalised treatment possible. The staff here listened to all my history and concerns and advised me well on each one, and took extra care to make suggestions based on changes in my recent sexual habits. I could tell they went the extra mile to ensure I was treated and protected, and they took extra time to explain everything.

As always I felt extremely empowered over my care and that I was in the drivers seat and could stop anything at any time if I was unomfortable. I didn’t feel pressure to do anything, but acted based on helpful advice of medical staff.

Everyone here is very good with LGBT+ and specifically trans health care in my experience, and I feel very safe here and genuinely love coming here.
