"Couldn't wish for better care"

A few months back I was hospitalised with acute urinary retention and had to have a urinary catheter inserted. I have had it now for 5 months and will need to do so until I have surgery on my prostate. I've had a few infections with the catheter in place which has caused me a lot of discomfort and worry/ anxiety.

I have to recommend the staff at Wyre Forest Prescription Team however as they have really supported me through my 'ordeal'.  They have shown to be very professional but most importantly, they are friendly, caring, compassionate and very understanding. Having their help has made things more bearable for me.

A big thank you to Hayley for always responding to my emails quickly and getting my catheter supplies ordered without delay and also to Kim (the bowel and bladder specialist nurse) who got my catheter changes done for me quickly and without pain... and is brilliant at making me feel at ease and more comfortable. Also to Giulia. The whole team have been just amazing, I couldn't wish for better care. Thank you !
