Tried to see a Dr for my 3 week old with eye infection, all done by text/call. After 2 weeks of it not clearing, still unable to see a doctor and was told to call back the following week when my Dr (not yet ever managed to see) would be back from annual leave.
3 weeks later arrive for my pre-booked 6 week baby check up to find my doctor is again on annual leave. They would not allow me to see the doctor they had booked me in with. Now have to wait a further 2 weeks before they can fit me in.
The staff on occasion have been rude and clearly incompetent at making appointments.
