"They were amazing"

I went to an outpatient appointment in BCH Dermatology department, I had to get a biopsy on my finger. There was two really lovely staff who dealt with my procedure Inga who was a specialist nurse and Donna who was a Senior HCA. I just wanted to write this to say how amazing I thought they were.

 I explained I had breast cancer a few years previously and had a biopsy back then. So to get another one brought it all back to me. 

They made me feel so at ease, gave me ressaurance as i was nervous and Inga talked me through the whole procedure. I honestly cannot thank them both enough and would really appreciate they are made aware how thankful I am.
